Each KSJ piece is handcrafted and made to order and therefore returns are not accepted. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, we can offer store credit or exchange for another style within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact us to confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order as all sales are final. Gift cards and sale items are not returnable.

If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt.  We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
